Faruk Topic is an independent Unicity distributor. We do not conclude purchase contracts on this website. “Order” takes you to Unicity’s online shop; any purchase contract is concluded solely between you and the respective Unicity company. Prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, subscriptions, cancellation and the money-back guarantee are governed exclusively by Unicity’s terms shown in the shop. Prices on this website are non-binding guide values; the price shown in the Unicity shop applies. We are not authorised to make or receive declarations on behalf of Unicity.
3. Becoming a distributor
Registration as a distributor takes place directly with Unicity under its terms. We make no promises of income or success; any earnings depend solely on your own activity.

Our advice is free and non-binding and does not create a contract with any obligation to perform. There is no right to advice or to a reply within a certain time. Our advice concerns using the products in everyday life; it is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor.

Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential obligation, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
