2. Overview

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Each request involves technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is used to deliver the website securely and reliably and to fend off attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); EU standard contractual clauses also apply. Log data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.

4. Browser storage (no cookies)

To show the website in your language, two small entries are stored in your browser. They are not sent to us.

NamePurposeDuration
fg_lang (localStorage)remembers the language you choseuntil you delete it in your browser
fg_auto (sessionStorage)automatic language detection only once per visituntil you close the browser window

This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 German TDDDG), so no consent is required; legal basis for the related processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See our cookie policy.

5. Fonts, images and videos

Fonts, images and videos are loaded from our own server. We do not embed Google Fonts, YouTube or similar third-party content.

6. The 30-second check and contact via WhatsApp

The check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are neither stored nor transmitted. Only if you tap “Send answers” does WhatsApp open with a pre-filled message, which is only sent once you send it yourself.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number, (profile) name, the content and time of your messages in order to answer and advise you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you voluntarily share health information (e.g. diabetes, medication), we process it only to advise you appropriately, based on your explicit consent given by sharing it (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (Meta); data may be transferred to the USA, Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete chats once they are no longer needed for advising you and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Links to Unicity (ordering and becoming a distributor)

The “Order” and “Become a partner” buttons lead to Unicity’s website; data is only transmitted to Unicity once you click. The link contains our distributor ID so that Unicity can assign your order or registration to Faruk. Unicity is responsible for everything you enter on its website; Unicity’s privacy policy applies. As part of the distributor relationship, Unicity may provide us with information about your order or registration (e.g. name, contact details, order status) so that we can support you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients, third countries and retention

Only the service providers named above receive data, and only as far as necessary. We do not sell data. As we are established in Bosnia and Herzegovina, data you share with us is also processed there. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. A short message is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency is responsible.

Changes

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The version published here applies.
